Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage conflicts, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to emergencies. A background in law enforcement, military service, or previous security experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
Document incidents and prepare reports as required.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when needed.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.

Requirements

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
Knowledge of conflict management techniques and emergency response protocols.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and the public.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively.
