Overview
To ensure the safety and security of the main office lobby and building using proper screening procedures. Maintains a professional demeanor at all times and is available, when required, for additional shifts.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the safety and security of office lobby and building space.
Greets and announces all visitors.
Signs for deliveries and contacts recipient.
Maintains an accurate evening shift visitor/deliveries logbook.
Provides temporary IDs to visitors and vendors & directs them to requested location.
Responsible for UPS afternoon pickups.
Must lock main reception lobby doors after 7:00 PM.
Must have all employees show their IDs.
Is available for additional shifts upon request.
Carries the company beeper and/or cell phone turned on while on or off duty.
Provides shuttle schedule information to employees and visitors.
Patrols building every two (2) hours.
Records rounds via HR swipe card and logbook.
Responsible for posting greeting signage.
Performs other general tasks, not of a personal nature, as assigned by Facilities Mgr.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of security experience
Dependable & Punctual
Professional Demeanor & Appearance

Pay: $24.73 per hour
