Duties

Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security at all times.
Control access points by verifying identities and issuing visitor passes, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity and detect any suspicious behavior or security breaches.
Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assessing situations with confidence and professionalism.
Assist in conflict management by de-escalating tense situations calmly and effectively.
Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, supporting injured or distressed individuals until emergency services arrive.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents requiring external assistance.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Perform loss prevention activities by monitoring for theft or vandalism and reporting suspicious activity immediately.
Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify potential security vulnerabilities or safety hazards.

Experience

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
Knowledge of surveillance techniques, CCTV operation, and loss prevention strategies is preferred.
Certification in first aid, CPR, or conflict management enhances your ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
Familiarity with security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response plans is advantageous.
Strong observational skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
