Positions Available

Patrol Officers – Conduct vehicle and foot patrols, respond to incidents, and ensure community safety.
Gatehouse Security Staff – Manage visitor access, monitor entry systems, and provide excellent customer service at gated communities.
Concierge / Front Desk Officers – Deliver a professional, welcoming experience for residents and guests while maintaining security standards.

Responsibilities

Monitor and secure assigned property through patrols, gatehouse operations, or concierge duties.
Enforce property rules, parking, and access policies.
Complete daily activity reports using company reporting software.
Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and property managers.

Requirements

Valid Class D Security License (Florida).
Class G License (armed) is a plus but not required.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Availability for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
Must have reliable transportation.

Pay & Benefits

$16.50 – $19.00 per hour (based on shift and experience).
