Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and any potential threats are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring the safety of individuals on the premises.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee activities within designated areas.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations and providing support as needed.
Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any irregularities for management review.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure comprehensive security measures are in place.

Skills

Proficient in first aid and CPR techniques to respond effectively in emergencies.
Experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring.
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and ensure asset protection.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential security risks.
