Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor premises and ensure safety.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and security within the facility.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of individuals on site.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or assist in investigations.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
Manage conflicts effectively, using de-escalation techniques as needed to resolve disputes peacefully.
Able to pass drug screening and background check.
Good driving record.

Experience

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and conflict management techniques is highly desirable.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus, demonstrating readiness for emergency situations.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
