Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Per Diem Security Guards with an active LTC (License to Carry) to join our team. This position involves providing armed security coverage on an as-needed basis for special assignments, events, or coverage gaps.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional and armed security presence at assigned locations
Monitor premises, access points, and surveillance systems
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or incidents
Enforce site rules and company policies
Complete detailed incident and activity reports
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Requirements:

Must possess an active Massachusetts LTC (License to Carry Firearms)
Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Strong communication and observation skills
Reliable transportation and flexible availability (days/nights/weekends/holidays as needed)
Ability to stand or patrol for extended periods

We are hiring Per Diem Security Guards (Unarmed) for flexible on-call shifts. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals or those looking to gain experience in the industry while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor assigned premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions
Control access to facilities and verify visitor credentials
Observe and report suspicious activity
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct
Prepare incident and activity reports as required

Requirements:

Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
Previous security experience preferred, but not required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
Strong communication skills and situational awareness
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
