Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, utilizing surveillance techniques and conflict management skills to prevent incidents and ensure safety.

Duties

Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and taking appropriate action.

Experience

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
