Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations with professionalism and composure.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

Previous , or military service is preferred.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and conflict management techniques.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively.
Must be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 32 per week
