Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure security measures are in place.
Engage in conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in investigations related to security breaches or incidents.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.

Experience

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
