Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and conflict management, as well as the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Duties

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during investigations or emergencies.
Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate situations.
Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over
Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols

Experience

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is a plus.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure while handling various situations effectively. Join us in maintaining a safe environment where everyone can feel secure!

Pay: $18.00 per hour
