About the Role

Metro Security is looking for reliable and professional Overnight Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense, keeping people, property, and facilities safe during overnight hours.

What You’ll Do

Control Access: Monitor entry points, verify IDs, and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
Patrol the Property: Conduct regular patrols of buildings and grounds to deter incidents.
Monitor Systems: Watch surveillance equipment for suspicious activity and respond promptly.
Respond to Emergencies: Act quickly and follow established procedures during incidents.
Provide Assistance: Offer professional, courteous support to staff, visitors, and residents.
Maintain Security: Check doors, windows, and gates to ensure all areas are secure.
Report & Document: Keep accurate incident logs and communicate with supervisors.

What We’re Looking For

Overnight availability is required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior security experience preferred (training provided for the right candidates).
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to stay focused and alert during overnight hours.
Physical ability to patrol, stand, and respond quickly when needed.
