Mitchell’s Merchant Patrol, Inc. is currently hiring Arizona-licensed unarmed security guards for various positions, including event security, weekend events, full-time, part-time, and on-call work at different job sites in Yuma County. We have both seasonal and year-round opportunities available.

The shifts vary and include day shift, swing shift, and graveyard shift. Candidates must be available for on-call work, additional shifts, weekends, and holidays. Scheduled work is posted weekly, and you must be able to work alone.

Our requirements include the ability to read and write in English, with bilingual preferred but not required. You must be able to understand directives, make observations, and report incidents online using our app. Effective communication with business owners, clients, managers, and local law enforcement when necessary is essential. Additionally, you must have your own vehicle, a cell phone for calls and messaging, and internet access to view and confirm your shift scheduling. Completing post orders, including foot patrol, traffic control, and directing personnel, is also part of the job.

We provide holiday pay for six major holidays, and paychecks are guaranteed bi-weekly by direct deposit.

Please note that you must already possess an Arizona DPS Unarmed Security Guard License to be considered for this position.

Salary: $14.70 to $15.00 /hour
