Duties:

Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including providing first aid or CPR if necessary.
Enforce loss prevention policies by observing and deterring theft or vandalism activities.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports for record-keeping and follow-up.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical situations to ensure safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

Proven experience in security

Knowledge of conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations professionally.

Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors.
