Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Property Management Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who is observant, detail-oriented, and capable of responding effectively to various security situations.

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities and deter criminal behavior.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations as necessary.
Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or incidents.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
