We are hiring reliable and professional Security Guards to support safety, parking, and traffic control at the Richmond Costco location. This role is primarily outdoors and involves active patrol, traffic management, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Patrol store exterior, parking lots, and surrounding areas in all weather
Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic
Enforce parking and fire lane rules
Assist with large vehicle movements and delivery access
Ensure safety hazards (open doors, blocked lanes, etc.) are addressed promptly
Communicate professionally with Costco members, Instacart drivers, and vendors

Driving & Patrol

Conduct vehicle patrols when required
Prevent double-parking and restricted area parking
Keep loading zones, tire shop, and dock areas clear

Reporting

Take routine site photos every two hours (store, parking, tire shop, gas station if applicable)
Upload photos for documentation

What We’re Looking For

Professional, calm, and courteous demeanor
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods outdoors
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to follow site procedures and escalate issues when needed
Valid security license (or ability to obtain one)
