Are you an experienced Unarmed Security Officer looking to work in a fast-paced nightlife setting? Quell Protection is seeking skilled professionals to join our team and provide top-notch security services at some of the most popular nightclubs across the DFW area. Job Responsibilities:
Conduct pat-downs and oversee line control to ensure a safe entry process.
Monitor entrances and exits, controlling access to the venue.
Verify IDs and enforce entry policies.
De-escalate conflicts and manage guest behavior with professionalism and tact.
Maintain a strong and approachable presence while upholding venue rules.
Respond to incidents swiftly and appropriately, ensuring the safety of patrons and staff.
