As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our facility. Your proactive approach will ensure the protection of our assets and the well-being of all individuals on-site. Responsibilities

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
Authorize access for employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining security protocols.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
Provide first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) assistance when required.
Engage in conflict management to de-escalate situations effectively.

Skills

Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is preferred.
Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment, including CCTV systems.
Ability to perform first aid and CPR; certifications are a plus.
Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on maintaining peace and safety.
Military background is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse individuals.
Knowledge and training in de-escalation.
