Duties

Patrol designated areas regularly to maintain safety and deter unauthorized access or activities
Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe and identify suspicious behavior or security breaches
Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies with appropriate conflict management techniques
Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify potential hazards or security vulnerabilities
Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting suspicious activities or theft attempts
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary, providing detailed incident reports

Experience

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
Knowledge of surveillance systems including CCTV operation and monitoring techniques
Training in first aid and CPR to effectively respond to medical emergencies
Familiarity with conflict management strategies to handle tense situations professionally
Understanding of loss prevention practices and security protocols
Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor
Strong communication skills for clear reporting and effective teamwork
