Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
Manage conflicts with professionalism and de-escalate potential threats or disturbances.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary for investigations or incidents.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities or behaviors.

Requirements

Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
Knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment (CCTV).
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff.

Pay: From $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
