Position Overview

Splinter Securities LLC is seeking reliable, professional, and motivated Security Guards (21+) who are bilingual in Spanish and English. Successful candidates must hold a valid California Guard Card and be committed to ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of events and venues across the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site security coverage for events, venues, and private functions.
Monitor crowd control, entry points, and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Communicate effectively with clients, event staff, and law enforcement when necessary.
Write detailed incident and activity reports as required.
Enforce venue and event policies while maintaining professionalism.
Perform patrols to ensure safety compliance throughout event premises.
Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies and disturbances.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Valid California Guard Card (required).
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
