Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment through vigilant surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. Responsibilities

Monitor all entry and exit points to control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors using surveillance systems and physical checks.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards.
Operate CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) cameras for continuous surveillance of the property and surrounding areas.
Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate assistance in case of medical emergencies.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring official intervention.
Implement loss prevention strategies by monitoring suspicious activities and preventing theft or vandalism.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security reports for record-keeping and analysis.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Assist in emergency evacuations or other safety procedures as required.

Experience

Prior experience in security roles or law enforcement is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems effectively.
Knowledge of conflict management techniques and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with loss prevention practices within retail or corporate environments is a plus.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail in monitoring premises and identifying risks.
