Overview
Taurus Protection Inc. is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual with strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Duties

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of premises.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and parking areas.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities and identify potential security threats.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations as needed.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for incident reporting or investigations.
Participate in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior or activities.

Qualifications

Must have current Guard Card
Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have own Smart phone
