Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Personal Security Guard to provide safety and protection for a high-profile individual. This position requires discretion, vigilance, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of the Founder & CEO in both professional and personal settings.
Monitor surroundings and identify potential risks or security threats.
Provide secure transportation and escort services when needed.
Maintain confidentiality regarding client activities, location, and personal information.
Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations.
Maintain surveillance through systems and report any suspicious activities.
Enforce rules and regulations as necessary while providing excellent customer service.
Assist in conflict management by de-escalating situations when needed.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, or unusual occurrences.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Skills

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred but not required.
Valid security license/certifications, as required by state or local regulations.
Must successfully pass a background check (no disqualifying criminal convictions).
Eligibility to legally carry a firearm.
Strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and clear communication skills.
Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, and responding to emergencies.
Ability to work in and comply with a smoke-free, drug-free, and animal-free workplace environment.
Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and discretion.
Knowledge of first aid and CPR to assist in emergency situations.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proven track record of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
