Job Description: Security Guard

*MUST BE ABLE TO WORK TUESDAY-SATURDAY 3P-11P* United Protection Agency, LLC has an opening for a FULL TIME Unarmed Guard for Washington, DC 20009. THIS IS A EVENING & WEEKEND POSITION. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals, that are ready to take on a new job. These individuals will need to have the following:

1. Must be able to cover evening & weekend shifts . 2. Must be able to fill in and be on-call. 3. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.4. Must be able to work in Washington, DC area.5. Must be able to stand for long periods and walk around for long periods. 6. Must arrive to work timely with limited callouts. 7. Must be able to stay later at sites until a relief guard comes to relieve them. 8. Must have active cellphone for work use. (Must have an active cell phone.) 9. Must have an active Drivers License.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious behavior
- Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, and contractors
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent theft or damage
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

Skills:
- Excellent observation and surveillance skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
