Mall Security Guard for Uptown McComb to ensure a safe and secure environment for our tenants, employees, and shoppers. If you take pride in protecting people and property while providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol & Monitor: Conduct routine patrols of the property to identify and address any security risks
- Emergency Response: Stay calm under pressure, respond to alarms, and assist during emergencies
- Customer & Staff Safety: Escort individuals when needed, de-escalate situations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Incident Management: Write daily reports, document security breaches, and suggest improvements
- Law Enforcement Collaboration: Coordinate with emergency responders when necessary
- Professionalism & Integrity: Maintain a high standard of ethics while on duty
What We’re Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Clean criminal record
✅ Strong observation and communication skills
✅ Ability to remain calm under pressure
✅ Previous Security Experience Preferred But Not Required
✅ Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
✅ Valid driver’s license
