Job Summary
Pritchard Global Alliance is seeking professional
Unarmed Security Guards to join our growing security team in
Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for clients, employees, and visitors by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and enforcing security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned premises to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
- Access Control: Monitor entrances and exits, verify identification, and ensure only authorized personnel enter secured areas.
- Incident Reporting: Document and report suspicious activities, security breaches, and incidents using company-approved reporting systems (e.g., TrackTik).
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to residents, visitors, and employees while enforcing security protocols.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, following company procedures and notifying authorities as needed.
- Property Protection: Prevent vandalism, theft, and trespassing by maintaining a visible security presence and addressing potential risks.
- Compliance: Follow all company policies, post orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to security operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 21 years old
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
- Certifications: Valid Georgia Unarmed Security License (or ability to obtain)
- Skills: Strong observational, communication, and de-escalation skills
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions
- Availability: Flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
