Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking responsible and reliable Security Guards to monitor a construction site from a designated guard booth. The ideal candidates will ensure the safety and security of the site, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain a visible presence during shift hours. You will play a critical role in keeping the site secure, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and providing a sense of order and safety.
- Deliver top-notch customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Handle crowd control with finesse and professionalism.
- Enforce access control through proper credentials and ensure premises' security.
- Accurately document incidents and maintain detailed records.
- Follow emergency response protocols when a situation calls for it.
Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, you must possess:
- A valid Arizona unarmed guard license.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or law enforcement training is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
- Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening, including THC.
