We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
- Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed for investigations or emergencies.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Experience in conflict management and militarised security operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques will be advantageous.
