Part-Time Unarmed Security Guard – Ulta Beauty (North Dallas)
Location: Ulta Beauty – North Dallas
Pay: $16/hour
Start Date: Immediate Hire – 2 Positions Available
We are currently seeking Part-Time Unarmed Security Guards for Ulta Beauty in North Dallas. This is a customer-facing position best suited for individuals who are professional, alert, and dependable.
Schedules Available (Fixed Schedules):
Schedule A (30 hours/week):
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday, Saturday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Schedule B (30 hours/week):
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Note: These schedules are fixed and only subject to change during holiday adjustments.
Pay Schedule:
- $16/hour
- Paydays: 3rd and 18th of each month
- Pay Periods: 1st–15th and 16th–End of month
Job Description:
FIREARMS PROHIBITED – This is a strictly unarmed position.
All Security Personnel must remain unarmed and are prohibited from carrying or having access to any firearms (loaded or unloaded), ammunition clips, or live ammunition while on duty or off duty at the assigned location.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a visible security presence to deter theft and promote safety
- Monitoring and reporting all suspicious activity
- Documenting incidents using provided IVR software/system
- Following post orders and company procedures
- Important: Guards shall not confront, stop, block, or chase shoplifters under any circumstances
