We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Security Associate to join our growing team in the Greater Boston area. This is a full-time position, scheduled from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with required availability to work every other weekend.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Conducting interior and exterior tours of the properties.
Maintaining a general security presence and visual deterrence.
Monitoring CCTV Cameras.
Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance.
Providing excellent customer service to all clients and their guests.
Writing time-sensitive detailed daily Shift Logs or After-Action Reports and generating Incident Reports as needed.
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and members of the public.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

Must own several dark-colored suits.
Must have a reliable form of transportation.
Must be well-groomed and present a professional image.
Must be detail-oriented, have a professional attitude, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
CPR, First Aid, and AED training are a plus but not mandatory as all employees will receive training.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to climb and descent stairways.
Be able to respond quickly and professionally to assistance requests.
Able to lift 25 lbs.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Pay ranges from $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
