Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, surveillance, and conflict management, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently.

Duties

Monitor premises through regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report suspicious activities or incidents.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as necessary.
Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Conduct thorough inspections of property and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required and assist in investigations related to security incidents.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
Provide conflict management support in situations requiring de-escalation techniques.

Experience

Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and surveillance systems is advantageous.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for effective monitoring of premises.
