Location: 360 S Green Mt Rd, Belleville, IL 62221
Status: Part time (Non-exempt)
Compensation: $17.00 hourly/weekly pay
Duties:
- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect any signs of unauthorized entry or suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergency situations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries and directions
- Enforce access control procedures to maintain a secure environment
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is beneficial
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
