Job Summary:
Pinnacle Defense is seeking a professional and assertive Bouncer/Doorman to join our security team. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and controlled environment for bar patrons and staff. The ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and skilled in conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and ensure all patrons meet age requirements by checking IDs.
• Enforce venue rules and policies to maintain order.
• Control crowd flow at the entrance and manage lines efficiently.
• Conduct routine patrols inside and outside the premises to identify and address potential disturbances.
• De-escalate conflicts and manage aggressive behavior if necessary.
• Monitor guest behavior to prevent altercations or other safety concerns.
• Collaborate with bar staff to handle intoxicated guests safely and responsibly.
• Assist with closing procedures by ensuring guests exit safely and securely.
• Write detailed incident reports when required.

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience as a bouncer, doorman, or security professional preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• Must be physically fit with the ability to stand, patrol, and manage crowd control for extended periods.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
