- Monitoring Fire Panels for Alarms, Troubles, and Faults.
- Immediate Fire/Intruder/CO alarm response.
-Patrol all areas of the resort, reporting unsafe acts and conditions in addition to suspicious activity.
-To monitor the CCTV on a regular basis for any suspicious behavior addressed etc.
-Filling out incident/accident reports and conducting investigations.Dealing with all calls and responding promptly to perform duties.
-Investigating Incidents with CCTV & Witness Statements.
-Administering minimal first aid and emergency medical treatment until first responders arrive.
-General Familiarization of Emergency Preparedness Matrix.
-Complete daily checklists in full.
-Key control, key assists, and door lock programming/maintenance.
-Performing lock audits.
-Periodic checks of vacant units.
-Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
