Columbia Basin Shift– nights 11p-7a Tues to Sat -22.57
Controls the operation of the main gate and monitors all traffic coming to and/or leaving the Job Corps CCC, which may include:
- Monitoring staff and contractor/vendor traffic
- Must greet all everyone in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring appropriate sign-in and sign-out are complied with
- Answers and screens incoming calls and directs call(s) to the appropriate staff and/or area
The contractor is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all required security documentation, which will be provided at the beginning of the period of performance by the Columbia Basin and Weber Basin Job Corps CCC, and may include:
- Access and Exit
- Incident ReportLogs
- Inspection and Damage Reports for both vehicles and property
Conduct security checks on ALL Center facilities and property at least three times throughout the assigned shift. The first security check should at the beginning of each shift to verify conditions at the beginning of shifts.
- Check locks, alarms, fences, gates, or other barriers ensure they are closed and locked or open and unlocked, depending on the time of day and the conditions that supposed to apply
- Report and document any suspicious activity.
- Report and document any damaged property.
- Report and document any damage to vehicles, which also should include maintenance problems, (i.e. visible fluid leaks,etc.).
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $22.57 per hour
