Part-Time Weekend Security Guard – Lake Hanna Association
Lake Hanna is a camping and recreational community located in Ironton, Missouri. We are currently seeking part-time Security Guards to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our residents and guests.
The Lake Hanna community consists of 1,400+ camping lots, four lakes, beaches, playgrounds, parks, and an extensive area for ATV and off-road vehicle riding. Security Guards will be responsible for monitoring the property, enforcing community rules, and ensuring the safety of all members and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Patrol the community, including lakes, parks, and common areas, to ensure safety and enforce regulations.
- Monitor entry points and verify access credentials when necessary.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and member concerns in a professional manner.
- Document and report any security or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Work cooperatively with local law enforcement when needed.
- Assist in maintaining a peaceful and safe environment by enforcing community rules.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service preferred but not required.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Must be safety-minded and able to enforce policies fairly and consistently.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available.
- Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour, based on education, training, certifications, and experience.
- Schedules Available: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Benefits (for full-time employees): Earned paid time off
