Who We Are
Boone Memorial Health (BMH) is a growing, rural Critical Access Health System based in Madison, West Virginia. At the core of our system is a 25-bed inpatient hospital with a 24/7 Emergency Department, designated as a Level IV Trauma Center. We proudly operate a network of outpatient clinics and specialty services throughout Boone County and beyond—including our Danville Clinic, where you’ll be based. Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain composure during tense situations
Physical ability to walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond quickly to emergencies
Preferred:
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular security rounds inside and outside the clinic
Monitor entrances, exits, and parking areas to ensure a safe and secure environment
Address any safety concerns, incidents, or unauthorized activity promptly
Assist patients, visitors, and employees with escorts to vehicles upon request
Respond professionally to security threats, disturbances, or emergencies
Enforce hospital/clinic policies, including designated parking and restricted access areas
Document and report all incidents, hazards, and unusual activity
Provide excellent customer service and support to all individuals on site
Assist with other safety and operational needs as requested by leadership
