We are seeking inspired, motivated, and customer service-oriented people to work a contracted position at the Wilson County Fair! Security experience is not required: Cavalry welcomes a diversity of professional backgrounds, and we'll make sure you have the support and training you need to be successful!
We are hiring for a variety of shifts from August 14th-25th during the fair. Compensation is $20/hr for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor entrances and fences to premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields is preferred.
- Ability to be on your feet.
