About the Role
We are seeking reliable, attentive, and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our team as Pool Attendants at a private community pool in the Athens, GA area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values safety, and is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all pool guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pool area to ensure compliance with facility rules and safety guidelines
- Greet guests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor
- Check pool passes and manage guest entry when applicable
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including deck, chairs, tables, and restrooms
- Report any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues to management promptly
- Support overall guest experience with courtesy and attentiveness
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain alert, focused, and responsible for extended periods
- Must be able to work outdoors in summer weather conditions
- Prior experience in a customer service or recreational role is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not required (training may be provided)
Work Schedule
- Flexible part-time shifts available, including weekends and holidays
- Morning, midday, and afternoon shifts offered depending on location needs
