As an Airside Experience Associate, you will have a key presence on the ramp. This role is responsible for maintaining secure access to restricted areas by monitoring activity, verifying credentials, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the airside. You will also escort visitors, vendors, and contractors as needed, ensuring safety and compliance with all airport or facility regulations. This position requires strong situational awareness, clear communication, and the ability to remain alert in a dynamic outdoor environment.

This role requires flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends, with the ability to operate in both indoor and outdoor conditions near active aircraft and ground equipment and in varying weather conditions.
