This position oversees the daily security operations of a 24/7 Central Command Center, safeguarding the assets of the facility, employees and guests. This position will be responsible for monitoring, directing and responding to security and safety issues while ensuring the appropriate response is deployed efficiently and effectively.

Security Command Center Officer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our people, property, and operations. From monitoring surveillance systems and deterring criminal activity to managing access control, your presence will help create a space where safety is a top priority.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be crucial in supporting our safety and security operations, including:
Security & Surveillance
- Monitor CCTV systems, email, and phone communications for safety alerts and inquiries
- Respond promptly and appropriately to facility alarms and security incidents
- Prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity through active deterrence
Access Control & Patrolling
- Operate and manage facility badging software (issue, enable, disable ID badges)
- Restrict access to confidential or sensitive areas
- Make scheduled patrols to identify hazards, security breaches, or mechanical issues
- Control the flow of vehicles and individuals entering/exiting the premises
Policy Enforcement & Reporting
- Enforce company policies and client protocols regarding site access and safety
- Report violations or safety concerns, and assist in resolving issues
- Accurately complete logs, incident reports, and other documentation
Communication & Support
- Use internal communications tools (radio, intercom, PA systems, phones, and software) professionally
- Provide support for client events, projects, or special security assignments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Security D License
- Valid FL Driver's License
- Strong computer and/or technology skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective commutator- written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities
- Professional demeanor and problem solving skills
- Experience executing radio and telephone communications
- 1 year proven experience working as a dispatcher, cell center representative and/or security command center operator
