Overview:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will maintain a visible and reassuring presence, proactively prevent illegal or inappropriate activities, and ensure a safe environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protect company property, staff, and visitors by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Monitor for signs of crime, disorder, or safety hazards; investigate disturbances as necessary
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor with all visitors
- Prepare detailed reports on suspicious activities, incidents, or breaches of security
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the building and surrounding areas
- Monitor and control access points at entrances and gates
- Deliver excellent customer service while upholding security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role
- Valid guard card
- Ability to operate security detection systems and emergency equipment
- Strong knowledge of public safety and security protocols
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- Perform duties in a variety of environments, including during inclement weather
- Reliable Transportation
- Wear required uniform: black pants, black shoes, and company-issued uniform shirt
