Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, with the ability to respond effectively to incidents and emergencies. The Security Guard will monitor premises, enforce rules and regulations, and ensure the safety of all individuals on site.
Hours: Monday - Friday : 01:00 am - 09:00 am
Hourly Rate: $19.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Conduct regular inspections
- Document incidents, accidents, or any unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security issues.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or fraud situations.
Skills
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques and equipment operation (CCTV).
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Background in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
- Experience in security operations or loss prevention strategies is preferred.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
