Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, with responsibilities that include monitoring premises, preventing theft, and responding to emergencies.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.
- Prepare detailed reports of incidents and activities for management review.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and CCTV operations is advantageous.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: $18.25 - $19.25 per hour
