Your Role as a Flex Security Officer
In this position, you will:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
- Perform general security duties, including routine foot patrols, hazard observation, and incident reporting.
- Promote safety by being proactive, alert, and detail oriented.
- Adapt quickly to various sites, shifts, and post assignments as needed.
- Engage professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
- Comply with DSI and client requirements, post instructions, and safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work any shift, any day, at any assigned post.
- Strong customer service skills with effective written and verbal communication.
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
- Physical ability to perform foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation and means of communication
- Must pass required background checks and drug screenings
