Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team at OSS, Inc. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe environment for our clients and their properties. This position is essential in upholding our reputation for excellence in security services.
- Monday-Friday (9:00pm-5:00am)
- Saturday-Sunday (2:00pm-10:00pm)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations effectively.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Utilize CCTV systems for surveillance and reporting any suspicious activities.
- Manage conflicts professionally and de-escalate situations as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification are desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
