We are Hiring for the Following:
- Immediate Temporary Assignments in Your Area
Guaranteed Compensation & Benefits:
- $24.00/hr
- Coverage: 30 to 35 hours per week
- ◦ (1) night shift, 1 am to 5 am, per week (any day of the week)◦ (5) AM shifts, minimum 6 am to 9 am, per week (Monday through Friday)◦ (5) PM shifts, minimum 3 pm to 6 pm(Monday through Saturday), timing floats based on sunset (i.e. 3 – 6 in winter, 5 – 8 in summer)

Job Requirements:
- Work flexible shifts
- Have a working smartphone and use reporting software on it.
- Keep an open schedule, be willing to work overnights, weekends, and holidays with flexibility around your other commitments.
- Stay awake and alert during overnight and long shifts.
- Receive and implement feedback from supervisors.
- Follow company policies, client and supervisor instructions, site-specific operations, and post orders.
- Interact professionally with the public, clients, law enforcement, emergency services, and fellow Security Guards.
- Timeliness is crucial at Lookout Security. Arriving a few minutes early is considered on time, being precisely on time is expected, and consistent lateness negatively impacts operations. Your commitment to punctuality ensures a smooth and respectful working environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid and active Arizona Guard Card.
- Need at least one year of security experience or equivalent.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Able to communicate quickly and effectively with clients and Management.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with report writing.
- Experience in monitoring and surveillance.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must remain free from illicit substances.
