Security Guard - Mall - Niagra Falls, NY (Full-time/Part-time)
Various Schedules - Must have open availability (Minimum 1 weekend day)
Pay Range: $16.00
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Valid NYS Security Guard License
- Minimum 1 years of security guard experience
- Loading Dock Experience is a PLUS
- Customer Service (People Skills)
- FIRST AID/CPR (Preferred)
- Exceptional work ethic
Essential Job Duties:
- Provides onsite watch/protection of assigned post and designated perimeter
- Utilizes company scheduling platform for clock-ins/clock-outs of scheduled shift
- Evaluates and responds to alerts in surrounding area with professionalism and according to company protocol
- Alerts Supervisor on Duty when situation requires escalation per company protocol
- Assists fellow security guards with de-escalation when applicable per company protocol
- Control and monitor access to the loading dock, verifying all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to prevent unauthorized entry and suspicious activities.
- Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, vehicle movements, and security incidents.
- Communicate with vendors, delivery personnel, and internal staff to coordinate dock operations.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and safety hazards.
- Works with diligence and respect to ensure the safety and security of assigned client, visitors and property
- Adheres to all Company service and operating standards
- Additional tasks as needed
