Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
- Serves as a point of contact for all venues and posts, indoors and outside, within the Ringling's 66-acre campus
- Models and ensures compliance of the Ringling Security Operating Guidelines
- Ensures the safety of all persons and property with a focus on customer service
- Performs routine inspections and utilizes a golf cart, multi-line telephone, and two-way radio
As Needed
- Directs performance of security personnel in the absence of the Safety and Security Coordinator and Security Supervisors
- Provides oversight and operation of the Ringling Museum Security Operations Center
- Assists in execution of emergency plans concerning evacuation of venues in the event of fire, disasters, or other emergency situations
- Assists individuals involved in accidents or injured on campus
- Prepares written reports of accidents, incidents, and general conditions
